When you make a booking, we collect:

Mobile phone number
Email address (optional)
Vehicle registration number
Location/address for the service
Service type and notes you provide

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

Process and fulfil your booking
Send booking confirmation and status updates by SMS (where you have consented)
Provide customer support
Comply with legal obligations

4. Legal Basis

Processing is based on contract performance (to fulfil your booking) and, where applicable, your explicit consent (for SMS updates). We do not use your data for marketing without your consent.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We use the following processors:

Neon (database hosting, EU region)
Voodoo SMS (SMS delivery)
Vercel (hosting, EU region)

6. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

Access the data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data
Withdraw consent at any time

7. Data Retention

Booking data is retained for 7 years to comply with financial record-keeping requirements. SMS consent records are retained for 3 years. You may request earlier deletion where legally permissible.
