Terms of Service

1. Service Description

TyreHawk Mobile provides mobile tyre fitting, puncture repair, and tyre inspection services within a 50-mile radius of Fort William, Highland, Scotland.

2. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed when you receive a booking reference. Bookings are subject to technician availability and coverage area validation. We reserve the right to decline bookings outside our service area or for vehicles we cannot safely service.

3. Pricing

Prices quoted at the time of booking are estimates based on distance, service type, and time of day. Final pricing is confirmed by the technician before work begins. We do not undertake work without your agreement to the final price.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel a booking at any time before the technician departs. If a technician has already departed to your location, a callout fee may apply. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel.

5. Limitation of Liability

TyreHawk Mobile's liability is limited to the direct cost of the service provided. We are not liable for consequential losses, delays caused by factors outside our control, or pre-existing vehicle damage.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Scottish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Scottish courts.
